Unitas Wonderland & Town homes
A project in Pune-India to be designed and built further on with an idea to accommodate High-Street shopping and town homes stacked in the skyscraper along with Penthouses on all alternate floors. The Design challenge was not only to provide the absolute upscale environment to the town homes, but also to provide the right mix of sizes and types to suit any and all prospective buyer needs and budgets. Again, the High-street shopping was to be maximised in the given frontage of the land. The aim was to triple it. Quite challenging, but met well by Unitas Designs Inc.
